Dermaster Medical Aesthetic Clinic is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML landmarks, a logical heading structure, and skip links on every page.
• Full keyboard operability of menus, dialogs, tabs, and accordions, with visible focus.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, including bilingual promotional imagery.
• Korean-language content is marked up with lang="ko" so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
• Reduced-motion preferences are honored — non-essential animation is disabled.
• Color contrast meeting or exceeding the 4.5:1 ratio for body text.
• Forms with visible labels and programmatically associated error messages.
• Optional display and reading preferences — larger text, line spacing, readable and dyslexia-friendly fonts, contrast and color filters, stopped animations, and reading aids — under Accessibility options in the footer. These are conveniences on top of the measures above, not a substitute for them.

Known limitations

Our appointment booking calendar is provided by a third party (GoHighLevel) and is embedded in a dialog on this site. While we have made the dialog itself fully keyboard accessible, the content inside the embedded calendar is outside our direct control.
