Dermaster LA turns 14 this month, and the anniversary specials run through September 30, 2026 at our medspa in Los Angeles, on Olympic Boulevard in Koreatown. Six packages are on the menu: an XERF session with a gift you pick yourself, two no-makeup skin builds around Sculptra and Density, a half-price glass skin set, a half-price midface set, and a PRF under-eye set. The prices below are the anniversary rate, and every one of them starts with a free consultation.
Last September we marked 13 years. This year the menu leans toward RF tightening and skin boosters rather than body work, and the gift structure on the XERF package is new. If a name below is unfamiliar, the consult is where we explain it, and where we will say so plainly if a package is not a good match for you.

XERF is a non-invasive radiofrequency (RF) session for the face. The gift is one add-on of your choosing from six options: Juvelook (a PDLLA and hyaluronic acid skin booster), lip filler, Faceline (a contour injection, 윤곽주사 on the Korean menu), Skinvive (hyaluronic acid microdroplets for cheek skin smoothness), Skintox, or Rejuran HB (a polynucleotide booster). Juvelook and Rejuran HB are both Korean skin boosters, so the list covers hydration, volume, and texture options. Pick only one; which one fits is the first thing we settle at the consult.

Two builds for skin that reads well without foundation. The first stacks two collagen stimulators, Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) and GOURI (a liquid collagen stimulator), with Forehead tox. Hilo Wave 4cc + Skintox + PICO
Also half off. Hilo Wave is a hyaluronic acid based booster, 4cc here, paired with Skintox and a PICO laser pass. The Korean menu calls this the mid-cheek set. Whether the midface is where the work should go is exactly the kind of question the free consultation is for.
PRF Is Having a Moment: Radiesse + MLA + PRF
Radiesse + Pico MLA + PRF
PRF is prepared in the office from a small draw of your own blood, spun without additives so it forms a fibrin gel. It is not a filler, and it is the one people now ask about by name for the under-eye area. Here it sits alongside Radiesse, the calcium hydroxylapatite injectable we cover in our Radiesse treatment guide, and a Pico MLA fractional laser pass. The image lists the concerns this set was built around: under-eye dark circles, smile lines, and tightening. PRF under eye is usually planned as a series rather than a single visit; how many sessions is a consultation decision.

Questions About the 14th Anniversary Specials
How long do the anniversary prices last?
Anniversary pricing runs through September 30, 2026, and appointments are subject to availability. Booking earlier in the month leaves more room on the schedule, particularly for the two-session Potenza set and for PRF, which is usually planned as a series.
How does the pick-one gift on the XERF package work?
The $1,800 price covers an XERF session plus one add-on from the six listed on the menu: Juvelook, lip filler, Faceline, Skinvive, Skintox, or Rejuran HB. You choose one, not two, and the choice is made at the consultation so it matches what your skin needs rather than what sounds best on paper.
Is PRF the same as PRP?
Both are prepared from your own blood. PRF is spun at a lower speed without anticoagulant, so it forms a fibrin gel rather than a liquid, and it is placed as a gel. Neither is a filler. Whether PRF, Radiesse, or the combination in the anniversary set is appropriate for the under-eye area is decided at the consultation.
How many visits do the packages take?
It depends on the package. Potenza x2 is two separate appointments, and PRF is usually spaced over more than one visit. The other packages are generally single-visit, but the spacing and the total number of visits are mapped out at your consultation.
Do you consult in Korean?
Yes. Our team consults in both English and Korean, and we regularly see Korean-speaking clients traveling in from Orange County and San Diego.
